BNP Paribas Cardif is currently seeking a Process Engineer responsible for analyzing, designing, optimizing, and documenting the organization’s processes to improve efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance. Responsible for leading the transformation and optimization of the company’s critical processes, ensuring operational efficiency, risk management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement—with a direct impact on costs, customer experience, and business scalability.

Actuary, Statistician, Industrial Engineer, Business Engineer, or another related professional with mathematical and management skills.

Required Experience
Type of experience: Experience in technical/financial areas. Experience in pricing is desirable.

Years of experience: At least 2 years.

BNP Paribas Cardif is currently seeking a Senior Pricing Actuary whose objective is to develop and maintain accurate and efficient pricing processes for new products, as well as to price existing products using dynamic pricing, utilizing actuarial tools and ensuring profitability. Monitor and analyze sales and profitability KPIs at different levels of granularity, identifying alerts and opportunities. Develop process improvements, risk and profitability studies, and other various analyses.

Job Responsibilities

What are the main challenges of the role?

  • Conduct technical analyses of business proposals, identifying and quantifying risks, expected profitability, and financial impact, in accordance with the parameters and methodologies established by the department.
  • Pricing existing products using dynamic pricing, leveraging both local and headquarters tools, to ensure profitability and compliance with internal policies.
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio data, identifying and documenting deviations and trends in key actuarial KPIs.
  • Analyze monitoring dashboards, raise alerts, and propose improvements and new indicators as needed.
  • Support relationship management with the commercial, technical (Closing & Monitoring), financial, and operational departments by providing accurate and timely information and analysis.
  • Collaborate on the continuous improvement of pricing models, tools, and processes through automation and best practices, in accordance with group regulations.
  • Prepare reports and analyses to review business performance and profitability.
  • Conduct risk and profitability analyses, as well as campaigns and other various studies, under the supervision of the Chief Actuary.

Desirable Knowledge and Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (proficiency with macros and pivot tables is desirable) and PowerPoint (strong presentation skills).
