At Mango we are evolving our conversational assistant that serves millions of customers in 17 languages ​​and 69 countries. Our assistant autonomously resolves most Customer Service interactions and generates a direct impact on the user experience and the business. It also inspires our clients by recommending clothes and outfits with our Mango Stylist recommendation algorithm.
We are building a new generation of the assistant on an Agentic AI architecture and we are looking for an Agentic AI Engineer to be the protagonist of this technological leap.

OUR TEAM
We are an agile and multidisciplinary team: Tech Lead, Product Owner, software engineers and computational linguists.

Your mission will be to design and develop autonomous AI agents that solve real customer interactions at scale, guaranteeing reliability, scalability and an exceptional user experience.

YOUR NEW POSITION

• Design and develop conversational agents with Generative AI and multi-agent architectures.

• Build and maintain the assistant backend in Python with FastAPI, deployed on Google Cloud Platform (Kubernetes, Pub/Sub, Secret Manager,

• Vertex AI).

• Integrate the assistant with external systems such as Salesforce, Mango APIs and channels such as mango.com, Mango app, WhatsApp, Instagram and telephone.

• Collaborate with computational linguists on the strategy of prompts, guardrails and evaluations that guarantee reliable responses and aligned with the Mango brand.

• Implement and maintain observability pipelines and evaluation of LLMs

• to measure and improve the quality of responses

• Apply good security and privacy practices in the development of the

• assistant: detection and masking of PII in conversations, secure management

• of secrets and compliance with GDPR.

ABOUT YOU

• ​​Training in Computer Engineering or similar.

• Organized, proactive, customer-oriented person with the ability to work as a team.

• 3+ years of experience in backend development with Python.

• Experience with FastAPI and asynchronous programming in Python.

• Experience or demonstrated high interest in LLMs, Generative AI or NLP.

• Experience integrating external APIs and third-party systems.

• Experience in Cloud (GCP preferred, although we value AWS or Azure).

• Knowledge of security applied to AI systems: prompt injection, data leakage and data privacy. (GDPR/CCPA)

DESIRABLE / NICE TO HAVE

• Desirable / Nice to have

• Experience with agentic architectures (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, MCP).

• Experience in virtual assistants or conversational.

• Knowledge of NLU/NLP and evaluation of language models.

• Experience with LLM observability tools (Langfuse, LangSmith or similar).

• Experience with PII or DLP detection and masking tools (e.g. Google Cloud DLP).

• Level of English high.
