To strengthen our team, we are looking for an innovative personality with enthusiasm for artificial intelligence. You bring AI from the idea into the everyday life of our project teams. Together with us, you will develop assistants, evaluations and tools that run on real company data and noticeably reduce work for your colleagues. 1 AI Engineer (all genders) full-time Wallern an der Trattnach

Tasks

* Development of AI assistants and automations based on large language models (e.g. Claude, Azure OpenAI) for project and specialist departments

* Connection of company data and documents (RAG, interfaces to SQL Server, Microsoft 365, ERP)

* Further development of our internal web Tools (Python, FastAPI, JavaScript) from prototype to operation

* Inclusion of use cases together with the departments and evaluation according to benefits and effort

* Prompt design, evaluation and quality assurance of the AI results

* Training and support of key users in the introduction of new tools

Qualifications

* Completed training in the field of computer science, data science or Business informatics (HTL, FH, university) or comparable practical experience

* Very good knowledge of Python, confident use of SQL and REST APIs

* Initial experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks or RAG architectures

* Knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Entra ID, Power BI, SharePoint) or experience in systems and project business is an advantage

* Understanding of business processes and enjoyment of meeting requirements with specialist departments clarify

* Pragmatic, independent way of working with an eye for data quality and security

* appropriate knowledge of German and good English

We want it point out that the collectively agreed minimum salary in the attractive KV metal industry is € 3,109.21 gross per month. The actual salary is within a range of €4,000 and €5,000 gross per month, depends on your experience and qualifications and will be determined together with you.
