Some examples of AI Engineer projects

• Design and development of autonomous agents to automate processes professions: design of complex workflows, particularly in industry or customer relations, in which AI agents chain tasks, make decisions and interact with the company's tools and internal data.

• Design and orchestration of multi-agent platforms: implementation of architectures in which several specialized AI agents collaborate to solve complex problems, for example by combining information search, synthesis and code execution, in order to improve operational efficiency.

• Deployment of Cloud platforms: design and deployment of environments to develop, secure, supervise and evolve AI solutions.

• Evaluation, observability and governance of AI solutions: implementation of systems to monitor quality, costs, performance and security of AI applications, in order to guarantee their reliability and sustainability.

AI Engineer – Data & IA (M/F)

Your profile

We are looking for a higher education profile (Bac+5) in computer science, software engineering, data or equivalent field.

You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Data & AI development, data engineering, machine learning engineering or solution design AI. You have solid foundations in Python and software development: APIs, Git, testing, containerization and CI/CD.

You have already participated in industrialization projects for AI solutions, ideally around RAG, AI agents, Cloud environments and production launch.

Beyond your technical skills, we are looking for an autonomous, pragmatic and curious person, capable of understanding a business need to translate it into a concrete technical solution. A good command of French and a technical level of English are expected.

Your role as an AI Engineer

At AVISIA, you will work on various technical issues, from design to deployment of AI solutions in production.

Depending on your experience, your skills and the projects, you will be able to intervene in particular on:

• Needs analysis and design of AI architectures adapted to business challenges.

• Development of AI agents, workflows and applications RAG.

• Integration of tools, APIs and data business.

• The development of APIs, MCP servers and backend services.

• The industrialization and deployment of solutions in Cloud environments.

• The implementation of tests, evaluations, observability and security systems.

• Documenting solutions and sharing best practices with teams.

You will work closely with AVISIA clients and consultants to contribute to technical choices, propose relevant solutions and advance expertise around generative AI.

Technical environments

No need to master all of these technologies to join us! Above all, we are looking for strong profiles in development, curious and motivated, with the desire to learn and increase their skills on the subjects of generative AI, industrialization and Cloud.

Depending on your skills, your desires and the projects on which you work, you may be required to work with different technologies :

• Languages & frameworks: Python, SQL, Node.js, FastAPI, LangChain, ADK, LlamaIndex, generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic…).

• DevOps & industrialization: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Git.

• Data & Cloud platforms: Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Dataiku.

The recruitment process

We favor a structured and transparent process, to allow you to discover AVISIA and better understand the expectations of the position at each stage.

1. An initial exchange with our Talent Acquisition team: a telephone, video or on-site interview to discuss your career path, your desires and our environment.

2. A technical test: an MCQ and practical cases will be sent to you by email the same evening as your HR interview. You will have 7 days to complete them.
