📢 We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to lead the strategic technical relationship with our clients in Peru. This role acts as the primary technical and architectural advisor for the accounts, ensuring that implemented solutions generate sustained value and helping to identify opportunities for modernization, optimization and technological expansion. 

• +3 years of experience in software development roles (Python, Node.js, Go, Java or similar). and at least 1 year working with AI/LLM systems in advanced production or experimental environments.
• Experience building solutions with LLMs, embeddings and vector stores.
• Knowledge in RAG, design of prompts and structured agents.
• Experience with CI/CD and good deployment practices in productive environments.
• Knowledge in quality practices: testing, documentation, security and control of versions.

📢 We are looking for an AI Engineer with experience in the development of intelligent agents based on LLMs, RAG and process automation. You will be responsible for designing, building and implementing solutions that transform business requirements into actionable, reliable and scalable agents.

• Develop intelligent agents based on LLMs for corporate use cases.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) for controlled access to internal knowledge and data.
• Design and structure prompts, roles, operational limits and interaction flows between agents and users.
• Perform model adjustments (light fine-tuning, prompt tuning or adapters), evaluation and optimization according to the use case.
• Automate processes through agents aimed at analysis, validation, content generation and continuous improvement.
• Optimize cost, response times and performance in AI pipelines.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for models and agents.
• Perform functional and security tests oriented to AI solutions.
• Work with teams of product, security, architecture and DevOps to ensure stable and secure integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional prototypes.
