Description: Do you want to make sure that the end result proposed, written, tested or documented by artificial intelligence is correct, safe, traceable and acceptable?**We are looking for an AI Quality & Evaluation Engineer** to build quality assurance and evaluation for AI-first software development for enterprise and financial sector customers. In this role, you don't just test the product, you determine how the AI ​​outputs are evaluated and when they are acceptable.**What you get to do**- You build evaluation models for AI outputs, LLM solutions and agentic workflow. - You design quality gates, review criteria and practices for quality verification. - You develop test automation and validation for AI-assisted software development. - You identify risks and determine when AI-assisted work needs to be stopped or escalated. - You work with developers, architects, DevOps and agentic engineering roles. - You help to ensure that artificial intelligence speeds things up without reducing quality and control. - You build practices for demanding and regulated customer environments. **You have it**- Experience in quality engineering, test automation or software testing. - Interest in evaluating artificial intelligence and LLM solutions, as well as responsible artificial intelligence. - Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD and production-ready services. - Analytical and practical approach to work. - Ability to build clear acceptance and evaluation models. - Fluent Finnish and English language skills. **Pluses**- Python, Azure, GitHub Copilot. - Evaluation of RAG, LLM or generative artificial intelligence solutions. - MLOps, LLMOps, model validation. - Experience in financial or other regulated environments. **Working** The job uses a hybrid model, where the work is divided into close work in the capital region and remote work. The amount of close work is specified according to the needs of the client, so we hope that you are ready for flexible hybrid working.
