We are looking for a Full Data Analyst to participate in the evolution of our data architecture and strategy.

This role goes beyond execution: we are looking for someone who defines standards, makes critical technical decisions and directly influences the direction of the data platform, ensuring scalability, governance and alignment with the business.

The position is central in strategic initiatives, especially in building the omnichannel vision, integrating data from multiple sources (retail, e-commerce, clubs, franchises, etc.) to generate a single and reliable view of the customer and the operation.

We are looking for someone with a long-term vision, autonomy and the ability to transform complexity into simple and sustainable solutions.

As a Full Data Analyst, you will:

• Lead the design and evolution of cloud data architecture (AWS), ensuring scalability, performance and governance.
• Design and implement robust, resilient and efficient data pipelines.
• Define technical standards (modeling, ingestion, orchestration, data quality).
• Act as a technical reference for the team, supporting and developing more junior engineers.
• Drive architecture and technology decisions (tools, frameworks, best practices).
• Lead complex data integration initiatives (ERP, e-commerce, CRM, franchises, etc.).
• Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability throughout the entire pipeline.
• Work closely with the business, translating strategic problems into data solutions.
• Evolve DataOps, CI/CD and pipeline observability practices.
• Work on optimizing costs and performance of data infrastructure.
• Be a protagonist in the construction of the omnichannel vision and the semantic data layer.
• Support the continual sustainment and evolution of the existing environment.

To do this, we hope you have:

• Solid experience in data analysis and engineering in large-scale environments.
• Strong performance in the AWS cloud (S3, Redshift, Glue, etc.).
• Advanced experience with data orchestration (Kestra, Airflow or similar).
• Advanced SQL (tuning, modeling, complex queries, procedures).
• Advanced Python applied to data and automation.
• Experience with developing scripts and automations (ETL, validations, integrations).
• Practical experience with RPA or process automation (e.g. Selenium, scripts, integrations with legacy systems).
• Experience with analytical data modeling (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, etc.).
• Experience with integration of multiple sources and complex systems.
• Experience with BI tools and understanding data consumption.
• Experience in end-to-end projects (architecture, development and support).
• Good communication and ability to influence technical and business areas.

It would surprise us if you had:

• Practical experience with Redshift.
• Experience with building semantic layers and data governance.
• Knowledge in DataOps and pipeline automation (CI/CD).
• Experience with event-driven architecture (SNS, SQS, etc.).
• Experience in omnichannel or data unification projects.
• Experience with costs and optimization in the cloud.
• Familiarity with versioning and software engineering practices (Git).
