We are looking for passionate individuals interested in developing large, complex SaaS solutions alongside an agile, capable, and fun team of more than 20 people.

The position is currently 100% remote, with the option to work in person for those who wish to use our offices, located just steps from the Los Leones Metro station.

We are looking for a professional who remains focused on the secure and reliable operation of our systems, with the ability to observe, detect, and respond to anomalies. We value analytical skills for interpreting logs and contributing to fault diagnosis, as well as the operational discipline to monitor jobs, batch processes, and workers.
We expect you to:
  • Be a graduate of Computer Engineering or a related field, or have equivalent technical training.
  • Experience monitoring infrastructure and applications in cloud environments (Grafana, Prometheus, or others).
  • Experience using Linux as a server operating system.
  • Experience configuring automated alerts and push notifications.
  • Experience managing or monitoring batch processes and scheduled jobs.
  • Ability to define thresholds and rules for anomaly detection.
  • Experience with ticket/incident management tools (GLPI, GitLab, Jira, or others).
  • Ability to read English without Google Translate or AI.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles is required.
We also seek strong communication skills, a collaborative work ethic, and a focus on continuous improvement to increase system visibility and reduce the recurrence of failures.

What You’ll Do with Us
  • Monitor the availability, performance, and status of cloud infrastructure and applications.
  • Configure and maintain automated alerts with push notifications for anomalies (e.g., Slack, PushOver, SNS, or others).
  • Monitor jobs, batch processes, and workers, ensuring they run correctly.
  • Analyze operational logs to diagnose failures.
  • Build and maintain dashboards.
  • Monitor high-availability services (uptime, failover, health checks).
  • Escalate operational incidents in a timely manner based on their criticality.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve incidents and improve system observability.
