Our area of Accounting Monitoring and Development

The Accounting Monitoring and Development area is responsible for developing and improving controls that guarantee the quality, integrity and reconciliation of the accounting information of the bank's products. Our daily routine combines business, data and technology, with a strong focus on automating accounting reconciliations, analyzing large volumes of data and identifying discrepancies and opportunities for improving processes. We use tools such as BigQuery, Office Package and Artificial Intelligence to make routines increasingly efficient, scalable and automated.

Your activities as CSixer 

• Develop queries in SQL and BigQuery for monitoring, analyzing and validating accounting information;
• Create and maintain dashboards and accounting monitoring reports;
• Activate in the identification, analysis and monitoring of divergences in accounting reconciliation processes;
• Support the automation of controls and routines, contributing to greater efficiency and scalability of processes;
• Document processes, controls, indicators and flows in the area;
• Participate in gathering and defining requirements for improvements and new solutions;
• Interact with different areas to investigate inconsistencies and evolution of accounting controls;
• Identify opportunities for improvement, automation and process optimization.

Requirements and experience

• Complete or ongoing training in Data Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Accounting Sciences, Administration or related areas;
• Basic knowledge of SQL and interest in data analysis and manipulation;
• Familiarity with Excel and/or Google Sheets;
• Interest in tools such as BigQuery, Python, Power BI, ERP and process automation;
• Knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence applied to productivity and operational efficiency;
• Analytical profile, organized and with attention to detail;
• Good communication and documentation skills;
• Proactivity, curiosity and continuous interest in learning new tools and technologies;
• Ability to work as a team and interact with different areas of the business.
