Our Financial Monitoring area

Our Financial Monitoring area is responsible for creating controls and monitoring of financial products offered by C6 Bank to customers, such as Pix, credit cards, investments, among others.We act to ensure that banking transactions comply with current legislation and the bank's internal rules, also ensuring that the rules and conditions for using products are correctly applied.In addition, we work in partnership with the customer service and support areas, contributing to the resolution of problems related to the use of products and transactions. Our goal is to continually improve the customer experience, ensuring agile and efficient solutions.
Your activities as CSixer

Support the creation and updating of financial monitoring for existing products and new launches, ensuring that transactions are monitored efficiently and securely;
Develop and improve management reports to analyze the performance of financial products, using tools such as Google BigQuery, Looker Studio, Splunk and other data visualization platforms;
Identify opportunities for improvement and propose optimizations based on the analyzes carried out;
Work with data and analytical tools, such as SQL, Splunk and Python, to automate monitoring processes and develop solutions that increase operational efficiency.

Requirements and experience

Knowledge of the Office Package and data visualization tools, such as Looker Studio;
Experience or knowledge in SQL and/or Splunk;
Analytical and critical profile, with the ability to analyze large volumes of data and identify patterns, inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement;
Organization and good communication to work in partnership with different internal areas and stakeholders;
Interest in solving problems in a creative and efficient way, with a willingness to continually learn and apply new knowledge;
Differentiations: Experience with financial and accounting reconciliations; Experience in using AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or similar, applied to day-to-day analysis and development.
