Our Processes & Controls area

The Processes & Controls area works strategically, together with all areas of C6, to identify and manage the operational risks and internal controls of the bank's products and processes.

Your activities as CSixer

Mapping of the bank's processes and products to identify potential operational risks and their respective internal controls;
Daily interaction with business, institutional and technology areas, acting collaboratively, providing value and with a vision of best market practices;
Creation and maintenance of the risk matrix and other operational risk management instruments;
Test of design and effectiveness of internal controls;
Monitoring the implementation of action plans associated with operational risks and internal controls;
Preparation of materials for committees and forums related to risks and internal controls;
Service to regulatory bodies and audits;
Develop automated tests of internal controls;
Development of internal indicators – KPI/KRI.

Requirements and experience

Knowledge of banking products, services and processes;
Experience in routines in the areas of operational risk management and internal controls;
Experience with testing the effectiveness of internal controls;
Knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), the COSO framework, and Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) methodology;
Intermediate or advanced knowledge of SQL, especially in BigQuery (Google);
Good communication and relationship skills;
Collaborative, investigative, analytical and proactive profile;
Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment;
Knowledge of data visualization tools, Python, or other programming languages;
Advanced/fluent English will be considered an advantage;
Availability to work in person in the central region of São Paulo (Av. 9 de Julho).
