At BC Tecnología we manage portfolios, develop projects and offer outsourcing services and selection of professionals for clients in sectors such as financial services, insurance, retail and government. You will participate in strategic digital transformation initiatives for LATAM Airlines, a leading organization in the aeronautical industry, in an environment that combines remote work with occasional office presence. You will be part of the Architecture Management, collaborating in the definition of the business architecture and its evolution in the face of technological and business changes, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy and governance standards.

From 3 years of experience in enterprise software development.
Experience in medium or high complexity projects.
Solid experience with C#, .NET 9 or higher, ASP.NET Core and Blazor Server and/or WebAssembly.
Management of Entity Framework Core.
Development of REST APIs, JSON and OpenAPI/Swagger.
Experience with SQL Server and Oracle, advanced SQL and PL/SQL.
Management of Git and agile methodologies.
Knowledge of layered architecture, decoupled design, design patterns, SOLID and Clean Code.
Experience in unit/integration testing, code review, error handling and API security.

We are currently looking for a .NET+ Developer Analyst to join a project in the banking sector, aimed at the modernization and evolution of critical applications.

Participate in modernization, migration and solution development projects, evolving legacy applications into modern, secure, maintainable and scalable architectures, also incorporating Artificial Intelligence tools applied to the software development cycle.

🎯 What will be your challenge?

Participate in modernization, migration and solution development projects, evolving legacy applications towards modern, secure, maintainable and scalable architectures, also incorporating Artificial Intelligence tools applied to the software development cycle.

Main responsibilities:

Analyze requirements and transform them into clear and traceable technical specifications.
Design, develop, test and implement solutions with C#, .NET 8/9+, ASP.NET Core and Blazor.
Participate in the migration, modernization and refactoring of legacy applications.
Design and implement REST APIs and integration components.
Work with SQL Server and Oracle databases, including advanced SQL and PL/SQL.
Use AI tools such as AWS Kiro, Amazon Q Developer, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Cursor or Claude Code to support development, testing, documentation and legacy code analysis.
Apply Specification-Driven Development (SDD) practices and maintain traceability between requirements, design, code and tests.
Perform unit and integration tests, code reviews and good security and observability practices.
Generate technical documentation and collaborate with Architecture, QA, Security, Operations and Business teams.

⭐ It will be a plus to have:

Experience modernizing or migrating legacy applications.
Migrations from ASP.NET Framework, WebForms, WinForms or WCF to modern technologies.
Practical use of AI-assisted development tools.
Knowledge of SDD and prompt engineering applied to development.
Clean Architecture, microservices, architecture based on APIs or DDD.
TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular, React or Python.
DevSecOps practices, OWASP Top 10, SonarQube, SAST, DAST and/or SCA.
Previous experience in banking, financial services or regulated industries.
