Consulting and Best Practices: Suggest and direct the application of best practices in the development of microservices (Python), modeling/configuration of databases and structuring DevOps mats.
Infrastructure Alignment: Translate software and development requirements into the correct configuration and sizing of physical infrastructure.
Risk Management and Impediments: Actively monitor the project lifecycle to identify, map and report bottlenecks, technical risks and impediments that may impact the schedule or quality of delivery.
Business Immersion: Dedicate yourself to a deep and detailed understanding of the client's business rules, ensuring that technical decisions accurately reflect the client's functional needs.

Requirements

Completed higher education in IT-related courses

Software Architecture: Solid experience in designing and implementing Microservices-oriented architectures (resilience patterns, RESTful APIs, messaging/events), developed in Python language.
DevOps Culture and Tooling: Expertise in CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure automation.
Database: Experience in configuring, tuning and modeling Postgree databases, adhering to distributed ecosystems.
Infrastructure: Knowledge of physical and cloud (hybrid) infrastructure, with the ability to align code demands with hardware/network provisioning.
Technical Management: Practice in mapping architectural risks, identifying technical debts and mitigating impediments in complex projects.
