Your tasks

• You build and operate our n8n automations and connect CRM, customer support tools, email and calendar to create seamless workflows - from AI-supported ticket classification to intelligent escalation routing to automatic notifications for critical issues events.
• You develop automation logic and workflow rules in our support tool and ensure that our escalation model is mapped in a technically clean manner and that information is reliably synchronized between the systems.
• You integrate AI modules into our automations where they provide real time savings and added value create. At the same time, you think about data protection and data minimization right from the start: for you, which data is allowed to be transmitted to a model and which is not is part of a good design.
• You build with security and quality awareness instead of according to the “ship and pray” principle: New flows are initially inactively tested, checked with realistic test cases and with deduplication logic, fallbacks and Error handling before they go live.
• You work closely with Operations and Customer Success, translate operational pain points into concrete, robust automations and communicate proactively and transparently where a flow is and why something might take longer.
• You use AI tools like Claude or Cursor as a lever, of course, to build faster, try out new solutions and implement things that you might not have developed at all without these tools.

• You already have experience with workflow automation - ideally with n8n, Zapier or Make - or come from backend development and bring a strong focus on APIs and system integrations. (Required)
• You are confident in using REST APIs and webhooks, read and debug JSON payloads without any detours and quickly find the cause when an integration flow does not do what it should.
• Experience with the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Desk) is a big plus. Deluge scripting is not a must - what is more important is your willingness to learn the ropes quickly and independently.
• You have a good feel for how to robustly integrate AI components such as classification or text generation into productive workflows - and at the same time you know where the limits of automation lie and which decisions are better left to humans.
• You You have solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript or Python in order to develop custom code nodes if necessary.
• You work in a structured and security-conscious way: You think about test cases before activation, fallbacks in the event of an error and good traceability so that others can easily understand and maintain your flows later.
• You You communicate proactively and clearly - even if something takes longer or doesn't go as planned. Operations and Customer Success can rely on you as a reliable partner.
• You like to use AI tools like Claude and Cursor as a productivity booster to work faster, try out new solutions and achieve better results.
• You have very good knowledge of German and English (at least. C1).
