Description: Do you want to create structure in complex business processes and transform manual work methods into smart automation? Here you get to work closely with the business and build the foundation for scalable digital processes - with BPM, workflow and AI support as tools.

About the service

In the role, you analyze existing ways of working, identify bottlenecks and transform manual flows with e.g. e-mail, Excel, Word documents, approvals and handovers into structured digital processes. You design forms, decision and approval flows, distribution of responsibilities, SLAs and regional or local sub-processes and then build automation that makes the solution clear and useful in practice.

AI and agents can become a complement, for example for reviewing documents or automated decisions within clear frameworks. However, the core of the role is business process automation: first creating the right structure and then automating it.

You will be part of an international team that works closely with several business functions and drives development towards more coherent, efficient and digital ways of working.

We are looking for you who

    

Have 3-5 years of experience in BPM, workflow development or business process automation.

    

Have worked in one or more platforms for workflow, BPM or low-code and can quickly familiarize yourself with new tools.

    

Understands the interaction between operations, systems, data and processes and can translate needs into sustainable digital solutions.

    

Thrives in dialogue with different parts of the business and is confident in challenging, clarifying and driving requirements forward.

    

Is structured, curious and solution-oriented with a genuine interest in process improvement and automation.

Experience with AI or AI agents is advantageous but not a requirement.

Practical information

The position is full-time and starts as a consulting position via Xamera, with the ambition of over-recruitment after about a year. The role is based in Stockholm or Örebro, with good opportunities for hybrid and remote work.

Start date is determined according to agreement, taking into account any notice period. Before the start, drug and alcohol tests are carried out.
