Description: • Development of APIs and scalable architecture in the field of robotics. Manage Microservers, Cloud. • Node Creation: Learn to initialize and close nodes correctly using the rclpy library. Manage Microservers, Cloud. • Topics: Create Publishers and Subscribers. Understand callbacks. • Services: Implement clients and servers for synchronous communications (request/response). • Custom Interfaces: How to define your own messages (.msg) and services (.srv). • TF2 (Transformations): This is, perhaps, the most critical skill. You must know how to manage coordinates and transformations (e.g. where the camera is relative to the wheel). • Usage: Publish static and dynamic transformations, and use tf2_ros to listen to transformations (buffer). • URDF and Xacro: Write and process the physical description of your robot (geometry, joints, limits) to view it in RViz2. • Simulation (Gazebo / Ignition): Integrate your Python nodes to control a simulated robot, reading virtual sensors (Lidar, cameras) and applying torques/speeds.
