To accelerate this growth we created Ícaro Sales, a program trainee designed to develop the next high-impact business consultants in the B2B SaaS world.

We are looking for people with ambition, strategic thinking and hunger for learning, who want to understand how real businesses are built and generate direct impact on business results.

• Training in Industrial Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Economics or similar.
• 1-3 years of experience in analytical or operations roles — we care more about what you know how to do than the exact years.
• Actual use of Power BI or equivalent visualization tools.
• Experience or verifiable curiosity with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier or similar).
• Criteria to distinguish what is worthwhile automate and what not.
• Someone who proposes without being asked, and who closes what he starts.

Score points if:

• You have worked with LLMs (Claude, Gemini, GPT or others) to automate text or analysis tasks.
• You have experience with HubSpot, Zendesk or CS tools.
• You know some SQL or Python — not a requirement, but it is valued.

• Design and implement real automations with n8n, Make, Claude and Gemini — not just propose, but build.
• Create dashboards that the team actually uses to make decisions.
• Identify frictions in the service processes and propose concrete solutions with AI tools.
• Analyze satisfaction, retention and operational efficiency metrics, and translate them into actions.
• Work with HubSpot to improve how We manage the relationship with clients.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology and Sales when the data reveals something that goes beyond the team
