Do you want to transform data into intelligence and help Information Security make better decisions?

We are looking for a Senior Information Security Analyst, with an analytical eye, curiosity and a desire to do things differently, to join our Information Security Strategy and Governance team.

Here, your challenge will be to connect data, strategy and Artificial Intelligence to generate insights that support decisions, anticipate scenarios and direct priorities. More than monitoring indicators, we are looking for someone capable of asking good questions of data, identifying patterns and transforming complex information into clear and relevant recommendations for the business.

You will be part of a team that is evolving its performance towards Information Security that is increasingly data-driven, predictive, integrated and close to strategy, using AI and analytics as tools to expand our analysis capacity and generate value. This direction is aligned with the evolution already defined for the area, including the use of data and analytics to support predictive models and evidence-based decisions.

• Analyze Information Security data from different sources, identifying patterns, trends, risks and opportunities that support decision making.
• Develop analyses, indicators, metrics and management views that allow you to monitor the evolution of Information Security and translate complex information into clear and actionable insights.
• Use Artificial Intelligence, analytics and automation to expand the capacity for analysis, correlation of information, identification of patterns and generation of insights relevant to Information Security.
• Transform technical data, risks and security information into objective recommendations that support leadership in prioritizing initiatives and making evidence-based decisions.
• Correlate information from different Information Security sources and contexts, seeking to broaden the view on risks, exposures, controls, maturity and evolution of the strategy.
• Create data-driven dashboards, analyzes and narratives, adapting communication to different audiences and facilitating the understanding of security topics by technical, executive and business areas.
• Identify trends, deviations and relevant signals in the data, contributing to more preventive and predictive Information Security action.
• Propose new use cases for data, analytics, Artificial Intelligence and automation that bring efficiency, intelligence and scalability to Information Security Strategy and Governance processes.
• Experiment with new technologies, analytical approaches and Artificial Intelligence resources, evaluating their applicability to the challenges in the area and stimulating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Support the evolution of governance and Information Security strategy through analyzes that connect risks, controls, indicators, priorities and business objectives.
• Contribute to the structuring and evolution of models for measuring the maturity, performance and effectiveness of Information Security, using data to demonstrate evolution and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure quality, consistency, traceability and reliability of information used in analyses, contributing to decisions supported by evidence.
• Apply good security, privacy and governance practices in the use of data and Artificial Intelligence solutions, considering principles of responsible use and protection of information.
• Interact with different Information Security, Technology, Data teams and business areas to understand needs, connect information and transform challenges into opportunities for analysis and value generation.
• Communicate results, analyzes and recommendations in a clear, objective and accessible way, translating technical topics into relevant information for decision making.
• Act in a collaborative, purposeful and autonomous way in identifying opportunities for improvement, contributing to Information Security that is increasingly data-driven, integrated into the strategy and prepared to anticipate risks.
