In this role, it is required that you have your own experience of having analyzed the market, identified opportunities and launched new brands on the Swedish market. We would like you to have good brand knowledge and an understanding of how to promote smaller brands in the Swedish market with limited resources.  You have a drive, desire and perseverance to explore and develop new opportunities. You are analytical, but dare to take calculated risks to develop the business, while learning from your mistakes. You work consistently so that Coca-Cola AB and the bottler have a consensus and joint leadership for new business.

You also need to have:

·Relevant university education
·Experience of working with NPD
·Experience in project management
·A strong analytical mind and approach
·Strong business thinking and good ability to deliver results
·Ability to inspire, influence and communicate
·Good knowledge of the Swedish FMCG market
·Knowledge of P&L and experience in creating business cases
·Meritable if you have previously worked as a client for an agency
·Very good knowledge of Swedish and business English both verbally and in writing

·Networker, good at building credible and reliable relationships inside and outside the company - a strong ambassador for the company.  The role of Brand Manager for Tea & Portfolio expansion is central in the Swedish organization and requires a holistic and analytical approach. Your main areas of responsibility will be:

Brand Management – ​​Tea and other new brands

·Lead, develop and execute the annual marketing plans in close cooperation with the central marketing organization and the local bottler
·Cooperate with the central marketing organization and our local agencies to initiate, develop, modify and adapt the communication for the highest relevance and effect in the Swedish market.
·Work together with the local portfolio and shopper marketing teams to jointly develop, strengthen and support in-store activities and identify growth opportunities.
