Presentation of the establishment
The Chamber of Trades and Crafts of the Occitanie Region has the mission of representing, promoting, defending the general interests of crafts and promoting the development of businesses in the sector. A public establishment with an administrative character today with its 1,500 employees, the Regional Chamber of Trades and Crafts is administered by craftsmen elected by their peers. Its actions are relayed in the Occitanie territories by its 13 departmental trade chambers (CMA) and its 12 CFA.

In Haute-Garonne, CMA 31 supports the craftsman in each stage of his professional life: apprenticeship, business creation, training, economic development, business transfer. In addition, CMA 31 is the manager of CMA Formation Muret and Toulouse-Rangueil, CMA Formation Continue which provide apprenticeship training and continuing professional training in the automotive, food and dental prosthetics sectors. There is also a decentralized branch in Saint Gaudens "Antenne du Comminges".

Missions
Reporting to the Director of the CFA, you will carry out the following missions:
Ensure compliance with the internal regulations and rules for the proper functioning of the establishment:
- Ensure the smooth functioning of community life and guarantee optimal study conditions (discipline, maintenance of order, sanctions, remedial advice) ;
- Implement monitoring of learner attendance and ensure monitoring;
- Inform new teachers about the rules of the establishment;
- Organize evacuation exercises and intrusion alerts in conjunction with the CMA Intendant;
- Manage the supply of the infirmary.

Animate the life of the learner:
- Deploy cultural, educational and sporting activities in order to create optimal study conditions in the establishment;
- Implement actions to develop better living together, promote ease and relationships with others, develop, transmit and share the values of citizenship;
- Organize elections of learner representatives and support them in their missions;
- Supervise the organization and participate in the implementation of class councils with the educational managers of each center;
- Organize external communication with employers and learners.
Lead, coordinate and control the activities of the service and manage human resources:
- Plan the service's timetables in order to ensure the safety of learners on the site;
- Participate in recruitment for the service and ensure the training of new arrivals;
- Carry out professional interviews for service agents;
- Coordinate the physical and telephone reception of parents and employers;
- Participate in the construction of responses and assessments of calls for projects;
- Participate in the quality approach of the establishment.
