We are now looking for a corporate lawyer for our head office in Stockholm.

Job description

As a corporate lawyer, you will work at Danone's head office, which is located in Solna, where you will hold a role for the Nordic part of the group. This is a business-related service where you handle and coordinate legal issues for our various companies. You will work in a broad role with business law and company law in focus, but also with issues within competition law, consumer law, commercial contract law and more. The duties consist of, among other things, in drawing up and reviewing agreements, internal case management and providing advice on legal matters. You will also handle the company's documents regarding MAR as well as support the group in the work of the board and report directly to the company's general counsel.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a law degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience in general business law, for example from a business law firm or company. It is advantageous if you also have a merit certificate. You have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. In order to succeed in the role, it is important that you have good cooperation skills, the ability to explain complex legal issues in an easy-to-understand manner and are driven and unprestigious.
