Purpose of the position
You translate data into impact. And AI to something that works.
As a Data & AI Consultant (medior) you independently carry out analysis processes and AI processes for various customers. You combine technical knowledge of Python, SQL and Power BI with a keen sense of the business question behind the data. And you know when an AI agent is the answer - and when a good dashboard simply gets done faster.
You are accountable for quality and results, guide junior colleagues where necessary and help the team progress professionally. What are you going to do?
Data analysis and data pipelines
• You carry out end-to-end analysis processes: from the question behind the question to analysis, interpretation and recommendation.
• You design and build the pipeline underneath: access resources via an API, transform them in Python and SQL, and run the whole thing - locally or on a server.
• You build data models and KPI structures that match the customer's goals, and establish definitions so that everyone means the same thing. AI agents that really work
• You build AI agents that answer questions from the customer's systems, search documents or take over recurring work.
• You link those agents to real sources - an ERP, a financial package, a document library - and monitor what they can and cannot see.
• You check the quality of the answers. An AI that is sometimes wrong is not a colleague, but a risk. Dashboards that people use to manage
• You build scalable dashboards in Power BI and translate complex data structures into images on which an MT dares to make a decision.
• You contribute to ClearInsights, our own dashboard product.
• You advise customers on the design of their BI environment and reporting...
