Our missions in Data Analytics

At AVISIA, we offer missions that combine data analysis, technical expertise and understanding of business issues. Depending on your profile and your affinities, you will be able to work on various projects: design of strategic reporting, ad hoc analyses, optimization of marketing campaigns or even development of Data Visualization solutions.

You will thus contribute to transforming data into usable information, improving the management of the activity and supporting our clients' decision-making.

Some examples of Data Analytics projects

• Performance management and strategic reporting: development and production of reports intended for the Executive Committee of a specialist in long-term vehicle rental for large companies, in order to facilitate activity monitoring and decision-making.

• Data analysis and customer knowledge: carrying out studies ad hoc for brands of a Retail player: analysis of the launch of products or brands, study of cannibalization between brands and profiling of customers who have abandoned their purchases. to improve the relevance of actions and commercial performance.

• Data Visualization and CSR issues: development of an application allowing a bank to identify and qualify customers affected by developments in the energy performance diagnosis (EPD), in order to better support them in their transition.

These projects will allow you to develop your skills in Data Analytics, SQL, Business Intelligence, reporting, Data Visualization and business analysis, while contributing to concrete and varied issues.

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst

Technical skills:

• You have an appetite for translating business issues into data processing;

• You have a good knowledge of SQL

• You know one of the main Data Visualization solutions on the market: Tableau, Power BI

• You know one of the main Data Science and Analytics platforms on the market: Dataiku, Databricks, Snowflake …

As a bonus:

• You have knowledge of Python

• You have knowledge of Cloud technologies: GCP, AWS, Azure.

The recruitment process : : a multiple choice question and practical cases will be sent to you by email the same evening as your HR interview. You will have 7 days to complete them.

A technical interview: you will meet a senior consultant, a manager or a Practice Leader, ideally on site, to deepen your technical skills and discuss the proposed missions.
