📢 We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to lead the strategic technical relationship with our clients in Peru. This role serves as the primary technical and architectural advisor for the accounts, ensuring that the implemented solutions generate sustained value and helping to identify opportunities for modernization, optimization, and technological expansion. 

• Advanced SQL.
• Python
• Data Lake, Data Warehouse, or analytics platforms.
• ETL/ELT.
• Technical expertise in GCP and AWS
• Query optimization.
• Data security.
• Data access control.
• Airflow
• Data governance
• Experience with data lakes/data marts
• Data security and protection in analytics environments and databases.
• Restriction and control of access to sensitive information.
• Protection and anonymization of personal data.
• Permission management for queries, processes, and technical accounts.
• Traceability and monitoring of data access.
• Best practices in information governance and management.
• Experience with Agile/waterfall/hybrid methodologies
• 🔗 Experience with Git.
• 📍 Availability to work 2 to 3 days a week in person at the client’s office located in Santiago, Chile (hybrid model; mandatory requirement).

📢 At Dynamic Devs, we are looking for a Data Engineer with experience in large-scale data processing.

• Identify, analyze, and document current queries that access personal data and route them to more managed sources such as Data Lakes or Data Marts.
• Design or refine views, datasets, queries, or data processes.
• Analyze ETL/ELT in Python within cloud ecosystems
• Adjust ETL processes, views, and service accounts that have access to more data than necessary.
• Validate equivalence between source and destination data.
• Identify excessive access, bulk queries, or unjustified data usage.
• Support the implementation of data obfuscation, masking, security, and traceability.
