You will participate in strategic digital transformation initiatives for LATAM Airlines, a leading organization in the aeronautical industry, in an environment that combines remote work with occasional office presence. You will be part of the Architecture Management, collaborating in the definition of the business architecture and its evolution in the face of technological and business changes, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy and governance standards.

Solid experience in Python, including code development with automated tests.
Proficiency in advanced SQL: CTE, Window Functions and complex aggregations.
Experience in dimensional modeling: fact tables, dimensions, granularity and idempotence.
Experience in ETL/ELT processes, incremental loads, deduplication and handling retroactive fixes.
Productive experience with orchestrators such as Dagster, Airflow, Prefect or similar.
Knowledge in integrating relational databases and their drivers.
Experience developing APIs and implementing authentication, authorization and RBAC mechanisms.
Management of Git, Pull Requests, CI and Docker.
Capacity for analysis, autonomy and problem resolution.

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join an important project in the Retail sector, participating in the evolution of a data platform, development of pipelines and Cloud and Artificial Intelligence solutions.

We are looking for professionals with solid technical experience, autonomy and orientation to the quality, consistency and availability of information.

Main functions

Design, develop and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines under Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver and Gold).
Integrate new data sources through full and incremental loads.
Implement deduplication, validation and management of historical corrections processes.
Participate in the evolution and migration of the Lakehouse to Google Cloud Storage, BigQuery and Cloud Run.
Develop and maintain APIs for data query and integration.
Build data access tools and services for AI agents (AI Harness).
Implement authentication, authorization and RBAC access control mechanisms.
Guarantee the quality, traceability and updating of information.
Monitor pipelines, diagnose incidents and ensure operational continuity.
Collaborate with development teams, Data Science and areas of business.
