Our missions in Data Science

At AVISIA, we offer missions that combine technical expertise, Data Science and understanding of business issues. Depending on your profile, your skills and your affinities, you will be able to work on various projects, from the design of predictive models to their deployment in production, including data analysis and performance optimization.

The objective: to design concrete solutions, fully exploit the potential of data and contribute directly to our clients' decision-making.

Some examples of Data Science projects

• Sales and turnover forecasting: design of predictive models to anticipate the turnover generated on the site e-commerce of a Retail player and improve decision-making.

• Recommendation systems: development and industrialization of a recommendation engine to personalize the user experience and optimize the conversion of visitors to a site web.

• Customer churn prediction (Churn): creation of scoring models to identify customers at risk of churn and allow business teams to anticipate their loyalty actions.

• Customer segmentation and marketing targeting: implementation of segmentation models to refine marketing and commercial strategies, personalize campaigns and adapt loyalty actions to customer behaviors and preferences.

These projects will allow you to mobilize marketing techniques Machine Learning, predictive modeling, scoring and customer segmentation, while developing your expertise on concrete use cases with high added value.

Your technical skills

You have a higher education qualification specializing in Data Science, statistics, applied mathematics or equivalent field, at university or engineering school.

You have the following skills:

• You know the main techniques of statistical and machine modeling Learning: Random Forest, analyze data.

• You practice Python, R and/or SAS to perform data analyzes and develop predictive models.

• You are familiar with at least one data processing and analysis solution on the market, such as Dataiku, SAS or Alteryx.

• Knowledge of Cloud environments, in particular Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS or Azure, are a plus.

The recruitment process

We favor a structured and transparent recruitment process, which allows you to discover AVISIA, to present your career path and discuss your skills and expectations.

1. An initial exchange with our Talent Acquisition team: a telephone, video or on-site interview to discuss your career path, your motivations and your project professional.

2. A technical test: an MCQ and practical cases will be sent to you by email the same evening as your HR interview. You will have 7 days to complete them.

3. A technical interview: you will meet a senior consultant, a manager or a Practice Leader, ideally on site, to deepen your technical skills and discuss the proposed missions.

Informal discussions with the team can also be organized if necessary, to allow you to discover your future working environment and ask all your questions.
