We're looking forward to this from you

- GenAI is not new territory for you: you already have your own experience in the design of generative AI systems, from retrieval strategies to architectural decisions to the typical stumbling blocks in practical use
- Whether classic machine learning, deep learning, agentic AI or just pure automation - you know when which level of complexity is justified
- Cloud or on-premise? You are familiar with Azure or AWS and have experience with containerization. If you have already worked with Kubernetes, even better!
- Python including common libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy), SQL and dealing with relational and modern data storage are part of your daily tools. You have worked with ML frameworks like PyTorch and know how model training and fine-tuning basically work
- You not only know how to train models, but also how to make them available to users, e.g. B. with FastAPI or similar frameworks
- Fluent German language skills (≥ C1) for our customer situations that take place in German and English at least doesn't seem Spanish to you
