As a Medior Data Scientist you strengthen a Smart Factory environment where digitalization and innovation are central. In this role you develop data-driven solutions that contribute to the quality, reliability and efficiency of production processes. You work closely with process engineers, quality specialists and IT professionals and translate complex data sets into concrete improvement actions with an impact on daily operations.

Your responsibilities

• You collect and analyze production data from various data sources.
• You develop data pipelines and analytical models in Python.
• You build and validate machine learning models for production processes.
• You implement AI solutions and LLM use cases within a production environment.
• You perform statistical analyzes and root cause investigations.
• You work together with stakeholders to translate data into process improvements.
• You document models, analyzes and results according to GMP guidelines.

You tackle complex issues analytically and convert data into useful insights. You work independently, but you also communicate easily with various stakeholders. In addition, you communicate clearly and can convey technical information in an understandable way.

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or a similar field.
• You have at least 2 to 5 years of experience in data science or analytics.
• You have a strong knowledge of Python, including Pandas, NumPy and Scikit-learn.
• You have experience with SQL, machine learning and AI applications, including LLM use. cases.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
• Experience with GMP is a plus.
