For an important Italian company active in the defense, aerospace and security sectors, we are looking for: IT TECHNICIAN The resource, inserted within a structured team, will be responsible for: Checking and restoring, during the life cycle of the equipment and systems, the conformity of their operation to the specifications; Broadband/IP platform monitoring activities (routing/switching, VPN, QoS, mission critical voice/data services); Log and KPI analysis, identification of the cause (root cause) and proposal of corrective/preventive actions Support for integrations and configurations (parameterizations, provisioning, regression tests, updates/patches) Finding and interpreting technical documentation; Requirements: - Diploma in Technical Disciplines or ITS Specialization.
