• Backend: Node.js + TypeScript (NestJS/Express).Design of REST APIs, clean architecture principles and microservices.
• Frontend: React + TypeScript (state, routing, reusable components, safe consumption of APIs).
• Data: PostgreSQL (modeling, optimized queries, migrations).
• Quality: unit/integration tests, code reviews, logging and basic monitoring.
• Product DevOps: Git/GitHub, CI/CD(GitHub Actions/GitLab CI), Docker.
• Cloud: productive deployments in AWS (or GCP).
• Security and compliance: secrets management, encryption in transit, least privilege and good personal data protection practices.
• Experience: More than 3 years in development;delivering end-to-end web products.

• Develop and maintain APIs and frontends for origination, portfolio management and self-service.
• Integrate with external payments and services (KYC, collection), guaranteeing traceability and observability.
• Model and optimize databases in PostgreSQL;define migrations, backups and recovery.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, packaging with Docker and cloud deployments.
• Strengthen security (secrets, access control, basic hardening) and compliance with data policies.
• Collaborate with Product/Operations and participate in code reviews and mentoring.

Recruitment modality: In-person in Barranquilla for an indefinite period

Desirable

• Python (FastAPI/Django REST) for specific services.
• Messaging/queuing (SQS/RabbitMQ/Kafka).
• Terraform (IaC) and Kubernetes notions.
• Fintech integrations (KYC/document validation, payment gateways, payment offices).
