At Ilex Terra, we develop a web platform like vivosdeocasion.com.mx for real estate advisors.Our goal is to create a robust platform capable of hosting thousands of posts, with multiple users and roles (clients, advisors and administrators).Based on a scalable architecture, we implement property listing modules, advanced filters, dashboards, payment gateway integration, and analytics tools to optimize experience and performance.The project includes integration with Google Maps for geolocation, CDN and cloud storage, and attention to technical SEO and security.We are looking for a full-stack developer to lead development and maintain the platform at high performance.
We are looking for a web developer with 3 to 7 years of experience in developing large platforms or marketplaces.Must have a solid portfolio and verifiable references.Technical requirements: frontend with React, Next.js, Vue.js or Angular;backend with Node.js, Nest.js, Laravel (PHP) or Django (Python);MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases;UI/UX design with Figma, TailwindCSS or Bootstrap;Cloud experience (AWS, Google Cloud or Azure);Docker and Kubernetes (desirable);CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI);REST and GraphQL APIs;development of scalable architectures.Ability to work independently, results-oriented and with good communication skills.

Main functions
  • Develop the responsive frontend of the platform (web and mobile)
  • Develop the backend with secure and scalable APIs
  • Integrate relational and NoSQL databases
  • Implement a secure login system for users, advisors and administrators
  • Manage modules: property publications (photos, videos, features, prices,location)
  • Develop advanced search engines and filters (area, price, type, meters, date, etc.)
  • Control panels for users and advisors;editing of ads and metrics
  • Administrative panel for agents, properties, payments and reports
  • Integration of payment gateways (Stripe, OpenPay, MercadoPago)
  • Integration with Google Maps and geolocation
  • Advanced SEO indexing: speed, clean URLs, meta tags
  • Deployment on scalable infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure);domain management and SSL
  • CDN and storage (S3, Cloudflare);performance optimization
  • Good security practices (OWASP), version control with Git
  • Automated testing and QA;vulnerability prevention
  • Integrations: CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho), WhatsApp Business, analytics (GA, Meta Pixel, Hotjar)
  • Automation of email or SMS notifications
