We are looking for a semi-senior or advanced Junior Full Stack developer with verifiable experience in Python and Django, capable of working both on applications built with Django Templates and on backend services and APIs developed with the Django REST Framework.

It is essential that you can work with Azure SQL Database and T-SQL, including the creation, maintenance and optimization of queries and stored procedures.

In frontend, you must have experience in JavaScript, TypeScript and React.Knowledge of Next.js, SSR rendering, Tailwind CSS and component libraries will be an advantage, as you will need to maintain existing interfaces and develop new functionalities for different web platforms.

Experience in REST API integration, authentication using tokens or sessions, asynchronous processing of tasks and Azure services such as App Service, Key Vault, Blob Storage, Redis will also be an advantage.

We need a methodical and responsible person, capable of analyzing existing code, diagnosing problems.and propose solutions that do not affect the operational continuity of the systems.You must organize your work autonomously, promptly communicate progress and difficulties, document your developments and meet agreed deadlines.

As you will work alongside professionals from different areas, you must be able to understand functional and technical requirements, ask questions when there are ambiguities and transform the needs of each project into clear, secure and maintainable web solutions.We especially value the willingness to learn, collaborate, receive feedback and progressively assume greater responsibilities.

At Weyland we develop solutions for the automation of business processes and the monitoring of industrial and environmental variables through wireless sensors.Both lines require internally developed web platforms and components, which must be maintained and continually evolved.Likewise, our new projects demand the design and permanent implementation of functionalities, integrations and new web systems.

You will be part of the Weyland development team, collaborating with automation, artificial intelligence, electronics and project management professionals.Your work will be aimed at maintaining and evolving the web platforms that support our business process automation solutions and monitoring of industrial and environmental variables.

Initially, you will work on current systems, and later you will begin to design and implement new systems.Your main functions will be:

• Analyze and correct incidents in existing platforms.
• Implement improvements and new functionalities in frontend and backend.
• Develop modules, interfaces, APIs and integrations with databases and external services.
• Create and optimize queries and stored procedures.
• Integrate information from multiple databases and data sources.data.
• Perform testing, technical documentation and code review.
• Support the deployment, monitoring and maintenance of applications in Azure.
• Design efficient and robust data models.
• Design web systems that solve the needs of the project, based on the architectures, frameworks and technologies that are part of our technological stack.Improvement proposals are always welcome, they will be evaluated and considered,
• Ensure the security, stability, performance and operational continuity of the systems.

As you get to know the company's platforms and processes, you will assume the responsibility of developing new modules and web systems for future projects, participating from the gathering of requirements to their implementation and putting into production.
