Description: Our client is a strategic IT entity working for a large French group. It designs, develops and maintains high-stakes digital solutions, with a logic of continuous innovation and modernization of development practices. As part of a creation of this position, you will join the team to contribute to the integration of AI capabilities into their development practices. As an AI Expert Developer, you will participate in the deployment of their internal frameworks as well as supporting teams in the adoption of uses related to AI. This position, on a permanent basis, is based in the South West of Rennes (35). As an AI Expert Developer - Development Expertise, on a permanent basis, you will join a team of 15 people, made up of experienced developers, technical experts and external partners. The team is part of a cross-functional technical expertise center and contributes to the unification of development practices and the integration of AI into application solutions.
Your missions will be as follows:
Have strong expertise in Java or Python application development, with particular attention to the quality, maintainability and consistency of the code
Design and evolve application architectures integrating AI capabilities (API, micro-services, model integration)
Participate in the design and industrialization of internal frameworks and software forging
Contribute to the agentic AI platform: experimentation, optimization, performance, observability and explainability
Define and promote development standards in order to unify the teams' practices and code bases
Support the project teams in their technical choices, with a posture of advice, sharing and transmission
Be proactive, proactive and autonomous, by testing new approaches and improving existing ones
Teleworking possible up to 2 days per week
Stimulating technical environment within an expert team
