Do you want to work on concrete AI use cases, from their design to their production?

We are looking for a Développeur.se (http://Développeur.se) AI to join a project in the insurance sector.

Your role will not be limited to development: you will intervene from the analysis of the need with the professions, then on the design and development of AI solutions, their testing and their improvement.

Your playing field: transforming business use cases into AI solutions

You will participate in workshops with the business teams in order to understand their needs, analyze the use cases and translate them into concrete solutions.

You will intervene in particular on:

- the definition of detailed functional specifications

- the design of use cases AI

- their development within a low-code interface

- the design and development of RAG solutions

- the development of application components in Python, particularly around chatbot-type conversational interfaces and data analysis

- the ingestion and manipulation of data, particularly with SQL

- the design and optimization of prompts in order to improve the performance of solutions based on AI models language

- testing of use cases and acceptance with business teams.

You will also ensure the security of developments and data, as well as performance, availability and production constraints.

Finally, you will contribute to maintaining technical and functional documentation that can be used by the teams.

Which will allow you to succeed in this mission:

You have already worked on projects around AI or AI generative and you have sufficient mastery of their concepts to participate in the design of a solution, not just its implementation.

You will use in particular:

- Python to develop application components, manipulate and analyze data.

- RAG and prompting to build use cases exploiting language models, work on data ingestion and optimize the responses produced.

- SQL to access the data and exploit it in different cases of use.

- CI/CD to place your developments in a logic of continuous deployment and production.

Application security will also be part of everyday life: you know the principles of secure development and are aware of OWASP recommendations.

And beyond the technical?

The position requires being able to exchange with business contacts to understand a need, challenge it then translate it into specifications and a solution technical.

We are therefore looking for someone who knows how to take a step back from a subject, propose solutions and move forward with autonomy, while working collectively.

Experience on similar missions as well as a good understanding of production, performance and availability constraints will be particularly important.
