You will lead the definition and implementation of the technological architecture to drive sustainable business growth. You will design cross-cutting reference solutions, establishing world-class standards, ensuring scalability, security and operational efficiency. You will be the bridge between infrastructure, development and product, leading internal and external integrations and actively participating in the security and incident recovery strategy. Your technical vision will accompany the organization in its evolution process, with a clear and communicable roadmap to executive stakeholders and teams.
- Five or more years of experience performing DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles.
- Proven productive experience in AWS core services: ECS, RDS, Lambda, S3, VPC, IAM, KMS, SSM and Secrets Manager.
- Experience working in production with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Pulumi, Terraform or both.
- Management of Docker containers with orchestration on ECS.
- Ability to read, write and review productive code in Node.js, Python or TypeScript.
- Deep and advanced command of the AWS IAM model (policies, roles, conditions).
- Fluent technical English for reading documentation and technical writing.
- Availability to work in person in Las Condes, Santiago de Chile.
We are looking for a Senior profile with a high level of autonomy, technical rigor and the ability to integrate security directly into the heart of our cloud infrastructure on AWS. Whoever assumes this role will close the gap between architecture execution and cybersecurity monitoring, ensuring a resilient, automated and scalable ecosystem that sustains economic acceleration and capital injection into the market.
Functions of the position
- Ensure security in the software development cycle through the design and implementation of automatic controls in CI/CD pipelines (SAST, SCA, secret scanning and image scanning).
- Lead the security of infrastructure as code (IaC), assuming technical ownership and ensuring the resilience of critical components in the organization's cloud.
- Mitigate technical risks and vulnerabilities, coordinating continuous improvement cycles for the remediation of findings in the platforms.
- Strengthen perimeter defense, optimizing Web Application Firewall (WAF) rules and ensuring coverage against international standards such as OWASP Top 10.
- Monitor and optimize access and identities, operating detection tools (GuardDuty, Security Hub, AWS Config) and strengthening the IAM model.
- Co-maintain and evolve IaC stacks and critical components such as ECS, RDS, Security Groups, KMS, IAM, WAF, ACM, among others.
