· Academic training:
University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
Professional certifications in DevOps or AWS architect are highly valued Professional levels.

· Experience:
Experience: 6+ demonstrable years in operations engineering, systems architecture and large-scale security.
Advanced Experience: Zero Trust Security, complex networks, and database management relational/NoSQL.
Experience with containers and orchestration, such as Docker and Kubernetes.

· Technical knowledge:
Mastery of infrastructure as code (terraform)
Mastery of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools, GitHub workflow or similar.
Management of AI tools to optimize processes.
Knowledge in programming and scripting (Python and Shell).

· Global Orchestration Strategy: Design cloud architecture standards and highly available multi-zone disaster recovery plans. Guaranteeing a standardized cloud architecture with implemented and validated disaster recovery plans, ensuring the high availability of services.
· Governance and Compliance: Lead the adaptation of the infrastructure to current data protection regulations in Chile. Ensuring compliance with current data protection regulations through the adaptation of the technological infrastructure.
· AIOps and Local Models: Implement and optimize the deployment of local language models (e.g. Gemma 4) to ensure privacy in automation processes and code analysis. Optimizing automation and code analysis processes through the implementation of local language models that protect the privacy of information.
· Critical Infrastructure Optimization: Manage complex maintenance in high-load databases (e.g. AWS Aurora) using minimal impact techniques (Metadata Locks, ALGORITHM=INSTANT). Maintaining the operational continuity of critical services through the execution of maintenance with minimal impact.
· Leadership and Mentoring: Act as a technical reference for Junior and Mid engineers, establishing maturity frameworks (Maturity Frameworks) for the organization. Strengthening the technical capabilities of the team through the implementation of maturity frameworks and the continuous transfer of knowledge.
