You will be part of the Architecture Management, collaborating in the definition of the business architecture and its evolution in the face of technological and business changes, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy and governance standards.
Experience in technology support, digital adoption, automation, data analysis, AI or similar functions. Hands-on experience using generative AI tools, such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or others. Ability to develop effective prompts, automations or simple solutions based on AI. Working knowledge of Snowflake and SQL, ideally using the platform for data query, analysis or exploitation. No experience as an administrator, architect, or advanced Snowflake specialist is required. Ability to identify business needs and transform them into simple technological solutions. Experience training, supporting or accompanying users. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technological concepts to non-technical people. Capacity for autonomous work and service orientation.

At BC Tecnología we are looking for a Specialist in Support and Adoption of Artificial Intelligence to accompany business users in the incorporation and practical use of generative AI tools. We are looking for a profile with technological orientation and excellent communication skills, capable of supporting non-technical users, identifying automation opportunities and developing simple solutions using Artificial Intelligence tools. Main responsibilities Provide support and guidance to business users in the use of generative AI tools. Support the practical use of solutions such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot and similar tools. Use Snowflake at a functional/practical level for consultation, analysis and exploitation of information.
Main responsibilities
Identify with users processes, tasks and activities that can be optimized through AI or automation. Design simple solutions such as automations, workflows, basic agents and prompts. Train non-technical users and promote good practices in the use of Artificial Intelligence. Prepare support material, guides and documentation to facilitate adoption. Record and track queries, incidents and requirements. Act as a liaison between business users and Technology teams. Promote good security, privacy and responsible use practices of AI.
