The tax authority has great ambitions to use data, analysis and artificial intelligence in solving tasks. As a Tech Graduate Data Scientist, you will be part of a professional environment that develops models and analyzes that contribute to better insight, more accurate decisions and smarter services. You will work with modern technology on the Swedish Tax Agency's data and analysis platform (SELDA), built on Databricks in Azure. Together with experienced data scientists, data engineers and analysts, you will have the opportunity to work with large amounts of data, statistical methods and machine learning in one of Norway's largest data and analysis environments. As a Tech Graduate Data Scientist, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that develops analyzes and models that create value for the Swedish Tax Agency. You will, among other things, get: To be eligible for admission to the tech graduate program, you must complete a master's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, physics, cybernetics, computer science, machine learning or similar disciplines during the spring of 2027 and with good academic results in relevant subjects. You must be able to express yourself well in Norwegian, both orally and in writing. In addition, you have: You do not need to have experience in everything, but we believe you will enjoy and succeed in the role if you have worked with analysis, modeling or machine learning through studies, projects or other activities. Perhaps you have used Python to explore data or develop models, gained experience with SQL and data processing, or become familiar with tools such as Git, Databricks or Spark. You are curious about how modern solutions are developed and managed, and find topics such as MLOps, DevOps and cloud technology exciting. We are also looking for you who like to collaborate with others, have experience from team projects and the ability to convey insights and results in an understandable way. As a tech graduate, you are employed in a permanent position, and are paid as chief engineer from NOK. 630,000 – 650,0000 depending on qualifications. The position has a six-month trial period, and as we work across several locations, it may sometimes be necessary to travel a bit.
