The tax authority has great ambitions to use data, analysis and artificial intelligence in solving tasks. As a Tech Graduate Data Data Engineer, you will be part of a strong professional environment that develops data products and data services for analysis, insight and machine learning. You will work with modern technology on the Swedish Tax Agency's data and analysis platform (SELDA), built on Databricks in Azure. Together with experienced data engineers, analysts and data scientists, you will develop solutions that make data accessible, reliable and valuable for the entire organization. As a Tech Graduate Data Engineer, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that develops data products and data services on the Swedish Tax Agency's modern data and analysis platform. You will, among other things, get: To be eligible for admission to the tech graduate program, you must complete a master's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, physics, cybernetics, informatics, machine learning or similar subject areas during spring 2027 and with good academic results in relevant subjects. You must be able to express yourself well in Norwegian, both orally and in writing. You don't need to know everything in advance. We are looking for you who have a good professional foundation, are curious about technology and want to develop further as a Data Engineer. You do not need to have experience in everything, but we think you will enjoy the role if you recognize some of these: Perhaps you have engaged in data analysis or data processing through studies, projects or other activities, and gained familiarity with databases and how data is structured and modelled. You are curious about modern technology and may have visited tools such as Git, Databricks or Apache Spark, or become familiar with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP. You find it exciting to explore how data flow, automation and modern development practices can contribute to better solutions, and are interested in topics such as DataOps, CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code. Perhaps you have also come across tools such as Terraform or want to learn more about such technologies. We would like to see that you are interested in analysis, machine learning or artificial intelligence, and that you like to collaborate with others. Experience from team projects or flexible working methods will be able to give you a good starting point in the role. We ask that you upload a diploma as an attachment to the application. Since our working language is Norwegian, we also want you to write in Norwegian during the application process. As a tech graduate, you are employed in a permanent position, and are paid as chief engineer from NOK. 630,000 – 650,0000 depending on qualifications. The position has a six-month trial period, and as we work across several locations, it may sometimes be necessary to travel a bit.
