Description: We are an IT consulting firm with expert staff in different areas of technology.

At BC Tecnología we manage portfolios, develop projects and offer outsourcing services and selection of professionals for clients in sectors such as financial services, insurance, retail and government. You will participate in strategic digital transformation initiatives for LATAM Airlines, a leading organization in the aeronautical industry, in an environment that combines remote work with occasional office presence. You will be part of the Architecture Management, collaborating in the definition of the business architecture and its evolution in the face of technological and business changes, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy and governance standards.

Experience developing with Python.
Solid experience with FastAPI.
Experience in frontend development with React.
Knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
Experience in development and integration of REST APIs.
Management of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar.
Management of Git and development flows collaborative.
Knowledge of authentication and authorization, ideally JWT/OAuth2.
Knowledge of Docker.

The project is aimed at the development and evolution of modern and scalable web applications, using Python and FastAPI in the backend and React in the frontend.

The professionals will join a development team responsible for designing, building, integrating and maintaining digital solutions, participating in both the construction of backend services and the development of frontend interfaces.

The work includes the development of REST APIs, integration with external services, implementation of business logic, management of relational and/or NoSQL databases, in addition to the application of good development practices, security and code quality.

You will also participate in activities of technical design and architecture, unit and integration tests, code review, resolution of incidents, version control with Git and support in deployment and CI/CD processes.

Roles and responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI. Design and implement REST APIs and integration services. Develop interfaces and frontend components using React. Integrate frontend with backend services and external APIs. Implement business logic and data management. Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Participate in technical design and definition of solutions architecture. Implement good development, security and code quality practices. Perform unit and integration tests and resolve issues. Work with version control using Git. Participate in code reviews and agile methodologies. Support deployment and CI/CD processes.
