We are looking for a Full Stack developer to integrate into our team, focused on innovation and excellence in the field of financial services.The central project is the development and improvement of a service portal, a key piece in our digitalization strategy, offering advanced financial and administrative information.This portal, vital in our operation, is based on technologies such as Django and React, with a Postgre SQL database, and an infrastructure supported in AWS, using tools such as EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, Quicksight and MWAA.Our approach includes Docker for architecture and github for code management and deployment automation.& nbsp;

• Professional experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Full Stack Development, preferably in the financial services sectoror technology.

  • Leadership and Project Management: proven ability to lead technological projects and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams./Strong> Excellent communicative skills and ability to work as a team.

    Functions of the Full Stack Senior developer position

    As a Full Stack Senior developer, you will be responsible for leading development, supporting the development and maintenance of our financial services portal.You will work closely with a specialized team that includes a Front End developer and a PMO, ensuring the delivery of high quality technological solutions that support the strategic objectives of the company.

    Responsibilities:

  • Technical leadership: direct the technical development of the portal, including programming, architecture design and the implementation of new functionalities.Make key decisions related to the choice of development technologies and methodologies.This includes working with Django, React and Postgre SQL databases, as well as optimizing AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, Quicksight, MWAA).
  • innovation and expansion: Investigate and implement new technologies and tools to expand the capabilities of the portal, such as the integration of chatbots and apis.Development, including coordination with the Front End and the PMO specialist to ensure the alignment of the project with business deadlines and objectives.of quality in the code and promote the best practices in software developing within the team.
