We work with leading organizations in highly regulated industries such as banking, insurance, pension funds (AFPs), financial services, and financial retail, helping them transform their critical systems and digital channels to enable new business capabilities.
📢 We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to lead the strategic technical relationship with our clients in Peru. This role serves as the primary technical and architectural advisor for the accounts, ensuring that the implemented solutions generate sustained value and helping to identify opportunities for modernization, optimization, and technological expansion.
- 4+ years of experience with Node.js and NestJS.
- 4+ years of experience in front-end development using React and Next.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Advanced knowledge of TypeScript, software architecture, and design patterns.
- Creation and design of REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with web development tools and frameworks (Webpack, Babel, npm).
- Version control with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Develop full-stack applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Ensure optimal performance of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and their integration with backend services.
- Implement and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices in security, data protection, and storage.
- Collaborate on defining scalable and efficient architectures.
- Propose and lead technological and process improvements within the team.
