📢 We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to lead the strategic technical relationship with our clients in Peru. This role serves as the primary technical and architectural advisor for the accounts, ensuring that the implemented solutions generate sustained value and helping to identify opportunities for modernization, optimization, and technological expansion. 

- +4 years of experience as a Full Stack developer with Java/Angular
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with OAuth2 / OpenID Connect / SAML
- Creation and design of REST APIs
- Version control using Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall/hybrid approaches.
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

This is a hybrid position requiring in-office attendance in Santiago (mandatory).

- Design, develop, and maintain backend components using Java
- Develop frontend applications with Angular
- Ensure optimal performance of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and their integration with backend services.
- Support integrations with LDAP, Entra ID, and corporate services.
- Implement and maintain REST APIs
- Ensure the implementation of best practices in security, data protection, and storage.
- Collaborate on defining scalable and efficient architectures.
- Propose and lead technological and process improvements within the team.
