• +3 years of software development experience with Java 8+ or .NET and solid engineering fundamentals.
• Practical backend experience with modern frameworks (Spring Boot, .NET Framework/.NET Core, NestJS, Django, or other equivalent).
• Experience with relational databases and productive SQL.
• Frontend experience with React, Angular or Vue, and TypeScript.
• Experience in application deployment and maintenance (for example, in Tomcat, Linux or others).
• Working knowledge of Git, branch flows, pull requests and code reviews.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic requirements and communicate progress clearly.

• Develop and maintain end-to-end functionalities (frontend and backend) prioritizing quality, maintainability and continuous delivery.
• Release technical requirements with stakeholders and transform them into clear and actionable deliverables.
• Analyze existing components, detect opportunities for improvement (performance, resilience, modernization) and propose viable solutions.
• Plan and organize work in parallel (estimates, dependencies, milestones, monitoring).
• Integrate solutions with relational databases, ensuring consistency and good practices.
• Perform deployments or support in operation/maintenance collaborating with production stability.
• Document in a brief and useful way to maintain traceability and continuity of knowledge.
