Fullstack Developer (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

In the Digital Platform team, we are responsible for central data processing within the ITSC. This involves receiving and providing insured person data in various channels as well as processing, archiving and automated process processing in the health insurance systems. The multi-client capability approach guides us in the alignment of the individual microservices of the digital platform. As a full stack developer, you are responsible for optimizing the current IT landscape, penetrating complex requirements and managing to implement them together with your team.

- Together with the team, you will further develop the digital platform: a landscape of microservices around the processing of information and documents. Our stack is Python throughout – FastAPI for the services, Django for the web interface and REST in the connecting elements. For us, frontend and backend are not separate worlds.
- Conception and further development of the underlying IT architecture with a focus on the intelligent networking of information as the basis for the digital information capability of the health insurance company of tomorrow.
- Advising the departments on the implementation of technical requirements and bringing in technical expertise to evaluate solution approaches.
- Ensuring high software quality through test automation, code reviews and continuous professional exchange within the team.
- Consideration of data protection and information security as an integral part of all design decisions, from data modeling to logging, using European infrastructure.
- Development and further development of monitoring, logging and alerting concepts for the sustainable observability of the applications.
- Provision of software via CI/CD pipelines on Kubernetes clusters at OVHcloud as well as continuous optimization of the deployment processes.
- Assumption of responsibility along the way DevOps thinking for operation, monitoring, troubleshooting and further development of the developed solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

- Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in software development, more specifically in Python.
- Experience in dealing with databases, APIs and common development tools.
- Very good knowledge of MongoDB and postgres.
- Experience in the environment with AI dev tools such as Claude Code or similar tools
- Strong teamwork skills, enjoyment of working together and interest in developing products together and in shaping and taking responsibility for their long-term success.
