Description: We are looking for two freelance Fullstack developers (back major + front major) to join a growing tech scale-up.
You will join an organization with mission teams: tight teams, who work directly with the PM and business stakeholders. You understand the need, build the feature, test it with users and measure its impact.
Your missions:

Develop new features from end to end
*
Design and integrate agentic AI and LLM orchestration bricks into the heart of the product
*
Drive subjects independently within your squad, and move on from one business issue to another (acquisition, conversion, new features.) according to priorities
*
Exchange directly with the PM and stakeholders to challenge the need and iterate quickly
*
Develop the team's skills, both on technology and on product understanding
*
Contribute to the evolution of the CI/CD chain
A real business impact visible quickly, a startup environment where you are trusted, and concrete applied AI subjects, in production.
*
Concrete experience in agentic AI and LLM orchestration in production
*
Solid Python or React expertise (2 profiles are sought major back + major front)
*
Affirmed startup culture: you are resourceful, capable of moving forward independently
*
Product and business oriented: you want to understand why a feature matters
*
Comfortable interacting directly with PM and business stakeholders, and testing your features with them
*
Want to pass on and grow the team
*
Fluent English
*
CI/CD notions are a plus
