What are your responsibilities?

• Responsible for and builds reliable, production-grade GenAI applications in Python or .NET.

• You systematically evaluate and monitor GenAI workflows and agents.

• Optimizes models and agents based on structured experiments and data analysis (not based on gut feeling).

• Designs and implements solution architectures within an Azure cloud environment.

• You focus strongly on the integration, scalability and maintainability of the applications.

• Works with modern API integrations and LLM orchestration frameworks.

• Translates complex AI capabilities into concrete improvements for business processes.

• Communicates technical concepts in a clear manner to non-technical stakeholders.

• You are a driving force behind change management: you bring colleagues along and ensure support during the AI transformation.

Who are you?

• Education: You have a Master or PhD in Computer Science, Informatics or Commercial Engineering, with a strong focus on AI.

• Technical expertise:

  • Excellent knowledge of Python (and/or .NET) for application development.

  • Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (such as LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework).

  • Hands-on experience with tools for GenAI evaluation and monitoring (such as MLflow, Langfuse).

  • Good knowledge of Azure solution architecture and cloud deployments.

  • Strong understanding of RAG pipelines, vector databases and agentic patterns.

  • Familiar with MLOp's best practices and an iterative, data-driven approach.

  • Knowledge of the out-of-the-box possibilities of existing AI solutions (Claude, Copilot, n8n, etc.).

• Soft skills: You are a communicative problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset. You function excellently in cross-functional teams and continue to learn proactively in this rapidly changing domain.

• Pros: Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, knowledge of enterprise systems (such as ERP or MES) and their integration patterns, or a background in a startup culture / AI transformation projects.
