In this role of Generative AI Engineer, you take the lead in building smart solutions that determine the future of software.

• You design and integrate advanced language models into existing digital products to automate workflows and processes.
• Developing RAG architectures and AI agents is one of your core tasks, so that systems flawlessly retrieve the right information.
• You optimize prompts and fine-tune models with a view to the most reliable and accurate output.
• You deploy scalable AI applications on cloud infrastructure according to the rules of the art, with maximum stability as the end goal.
• Working together with the product team ensures that the technical systems perfectly meet the real needs of the end user.

Profile

We are looking for someone with a good dose of technological curiosity for the role of Generative AI Engineer.

• Experience with Python, modern frameworks (such as LangChain or Hugging Face) and the operation of LLMs is firmly in your fingers.
• Colleagues describe you as an analytical thinker who knows how to quickly convert abstract problems into workable code.
• You have the urge to continuously learn in a field that is simply evolving at lightning speed.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, integrations via APIs and vector databases gives you a nice head start in daily practice.
