Description: QiBit, ICT division of Gi Group S.p.A., Employment Agency (Aut. For an important innovative technological company based in Rome, we are looking for a figure belonging to the Protected Categories (L.68/99) for the role of: Junior AI Agent Developer (Protected Categories L.68/99) The resource will join a tech team and contribute to the development of AI Agents (agentic workflows) for the automation of processes and integration with company systems and applications, with a focus on quality, reliability and continuous improvement of LLM-based solutions. Main activities Design and development of AI agents based on LLM (prompting, tool-use, routing, memory/context, guardrails); Integration of agents with applications and services via API (REST/GraphQL) and internal tools; Implementation of RAG flows and knowledge base/documentation management to enable accurate and contextualized responses; Testing, monitoring and optimization of performance and costs (output quality, latency, error tracking); Collaboration with development teams and stakeholders to collect requirements and define use cases. Requirements Membership of Protected Categories (L.68/99); Degree preferably in STEM (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science or similar); Experience (even short but concrete) in the development of AI Agents and/or LLM solutions Good knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript; Familiarity with software development tools (Git, testing, code review) and API integrations.
