This role sits in a 100% remote, globally distributed environment, with opportunities to work on challenging industrial data projects and contribute to long-term collaborations with major U.S. clients.

At least 5 years of experience building and operating GTM, growth, revenue, or commercial automation systems.
Demonstrated ownership of GTM systems, including measurable commercial results, troubleshooting, and system improvements.
Hands-on experience with Python or JavaScript, SQL, APIs, and webhooks.
Experience using Git and automated or repeatable testing practices.
Practical experience integrating LLMs into production or operational workflows.
Ability to evaluate AI output quality, cost, speed, failure modes, and appropriate human review points.
Experience designing and running commercial experiments with clear hypotheses, audiences, budgets, success metrics, and review dates.
Strong commercial judgment regarding customer relevance, opportunity quality, and outreach effectiveness.
Ability to build, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations and automated workflows.
Confident written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, follow through after launch, and document systems for others to operate.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Automated Testing, AI Evaluation, Workflow Automation, Experimentation, Data Quality, Monitoring, Cost Optimization.

We are looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer to build and operate the systems that generate qualified hiring opportunities. You will connect market signals, customer data, AI, code, and workflow tools to identify relevant companies, reach them effectively, and create repeatable sources of business. You will work closely with Growth Owners, sales, product, engineering, and talent operations. Your work will directly influence new and repeat hiring activity through reliable workflows, thoughtful experimentation, and measurable improvements in conversion, cost, and operational performance. This role requires strong commercial judgment as well as engineering ability. You will have ownership from research and outreach design through launch, monitoring, iteration, and documentation. The role is remote, aligned with US Eastern Time hours, and requires confident English communication. Key Responsibilities

Identify companies with relevant hiring signals by connecting market data, customer records, and Hiring OS activity.
Maintain reliable account information and determine whom to contact and when based on signals such as open roles and team expansion.
Build systems for account research, qualification, relevant outreach, and follow-up.
Use AI in outreach and research workflows with quality controls, clear human handoffs, and appropriate monitoring.
Build and maintain API integrations, webhooks, and workflow automations.
Handle failures, improve observability, and keep workflows reliable and easy to operate.
Protect customer and candidate information and manage API and execution costs.
Find bottlenecks, prioritize experiments, measure results, and stop ineffective approaches.
Turn successful experiments into repeatable systems that generate new and repeat hiring processes.
Establish performance baselines and track hiring processes started, conversion rates, cost per process, and workflow reliability.
Collaborate with Growth Owners and cross-functional teams to improve opportunity quality and commercial outcomes.
Document system decisions, tradeoffs, operating procedures, and results.
